LeCoultre Master Mariner 14k Gold 1950’s
Beautiful wristwatch made by the Manufacture of Jaeger LeCoultre in the 1950’s. The Master Mariner is a model which is still produced by Jaeger LeCoultre today. This is one of the very earliest models with an automatic movement.
It has one of the most beautiful coin bezels around, to find a solid gold Master Mariner is very unusual, what makes this example extremely rare is the coin edge bezel together with the untouched original dial and hands. The watch has a screw back case and could be considered as a high end wristwatch from the 1950’s.
The condition of the watch is fully original. The dial and hands are untouched. Because of the radium hands the dial shows some minimal patina and the overall condition could be considered as perfect.
