This Rolex datejust ladies watch comes from the 1980’s. This model with the reference 69178 already has the modern 2135 movement with quickset and a ‘sapphire’ crystal. Also the bracelet of this model is updated with a ‘hidden’ rolex clasp. This in comparison with the earlier ref 6917 which has a plexi crystal.
What makes this beautiful Rolex Lady Datejust a real collectable item is the ‘dark green’ stella dial. These dials where produced in a limited amount by rolex for their ‘president’ ladies watch and president day-date watch for men from the 70’s till the late 80’s.
The overall condition of the watch is mint. The case is very sharp and the bracelet shows minimum signs of wearing. The movement has been totally overhauled by our watchmaker and we deliver this watch with 1 year full guarantee on the movement.
