Excelsior Park Chronograph
Movement made by Excelsior Park have always been highly regarded. Brands as Zenith and Gallet used these movement for some of their chronograph watches. Excelsior Park also produced watches, not many are available these days and because of the high appreciated movement these Excelsior Park Chronograph watches are very sought after by collectors
The model we offer here has a screw back case with pump pushers. The movement is an EP40 hand wound caliber with column wheel. The diameter of the watch is an impressive 38mm.
The movement is very clean and is keeping time well. Also the chronograph functions are working perfectly. The dial has a nice patina and the ‘radium’ indices have a nice creamy colour. The bleu hands are beautiful and lost their luminous material over the years. On request its possible to refill the hands with tritium but we choose to sell our vintage watches in ‘original condition’.
