IWC bracelet watch with original guarantee papers
Up for sale is this IWC bracelet watch. The watch condition is very good and it has a very nice enamel dial with Breguet numbers. This IWC is a so called bracelet watch with an integrated bracelet. Many bracelet watches are made to fit the client and most often the bracelet isn’t adjustable. This patented steel bracelet can be adjusted to any wrist size, so it wears very comfortable on any wrist, small or big.
This vintage iwc watch from 1974 comes with the original guarantee documents from 1974. Also service documents are provided with the watch. The condition of the watch is very good, it’s fully original except the plexus crystal which has been changed with a generic example. The beautiful dial makes it a very gentle watch, not many of these early portofino wristwatches by IWC are found, especially not with this kind of dial and (hand wound) movement.
The movement running inside this watch is the handwound caliber 403. The handwound caliber 403 is the direct descendant of the famous caliber 89 only a little smaller. As seen in the pictures the movement is perfectly conserved, its running spotless and no service is needed.
